What geographic area does ATM cover ?

We proudly provide Assistive Technology equipment and services to residents, businesses, educational and governmental facilities throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. 

Who are ATM’s typical client ?

 Adults and children with:

  • Physical disAbilities such as spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, ALS, spinal bifida, and stroke victims.
  • Sensory disAbilities such as low vision, color blindness, blindness, hearing loss or deafness.
  • Cognitive disAbilities.

Is a prescription from a physician required ?

For most situations, we require a script from your doctor.  Please call our office for details.

Are Assistive Technology equipment and services covered by insurance ?

Depending on the specific equipment and services.  For example, Speech Generating Devices are covered by traditional health Insurance such as Medicare, Medicaid, BC/BS, etc.  Other type of accommodations such as Environmental Controls and Computer Access can be covered by Auto No-Fault, Veterans Administration, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, and others.  Please call us for additional information and to discuss your specific situation. 

How do I know if an ATM product is right for me or my family member ?

 ATMs comprehensive assessment process allows us to fine-tune the selection of devices, assuring that each product is specific and appropriate for the client’s needs and abilities.
